Sales Executive (Indoor & Outdoor)

  • Experience: 2-5 years

  • Location : Port Klang, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa

Job Description:

  • Generate business revenue according to targets set by the company.

  • Create market awareness of the services provided by the company both locally and internationally through various marketing activities.

  • Source for business opportunities / generate sales leads from customers from mass media and daily activities / appointment recommendations.

  • Attend to all inquiries from customers promptly and timely with precise information and competitive pricing consistently and persistently.

  • Make formal presentations of the company to potential clients through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and emails.

  • Ensure professionalism in projecting the company's image and when carrying out all duties, such as sales visits or during business proposition meetings, followed by acknowledgements before commencement of job.

Customer Service 

  • Experience : minimum 1 year

Job Description:

  • To ensure meeting customer’s expectation by providing excellent customer service.

  • To receive feedbacks from customers on the level of service ( satisfaction / dissatisfaction).

  • Responsible to offer the most competitive rates ( from oversea agents) to the customers.

  • Any queries/inquiries from client are attended and initiative within the same day.

  • Shall maintain on going communication and correspondence and provide necessary feedback and cargo status to client accordingly.

  • Responsible to source best rates from overseas agents.

  • To gather the complaint for future improvements of our service.

  • Create professionals’ image of company on the service provision.

Sea Freight Customer Service 

  • Experience : minimum 1 year 

  • Location : Port Klang, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa

Job Description:

  • Follow-up with Overseas Agent on complete pre-alert documents.

  • Open job in the SOVY system.

  • Submit correction manifest to carriers/co-loaders and follow-up on the arrival notice.

  • Provide information and feedback regarding shipment details to customers.

  • Complete costing and billing and ensure payment is collected (for cash customers) prior to releasing of Delivery Order (DO) / EDO / IID.

  • Ensure process flow is updated in the SOVY system accurately prior to submission of job folder for closing.

EDI Clerk 

  • Experience : minimum 1 year

  • Location : Port Klang, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa

Job Description:

  • Responsible to do the SMK transaction (format custom declaration, checking, transmit to custom, ensure custom response and print out custom form).

  • Responsible for to prepare Shipping Instruction, IED & B/L.

  • Responsible to type form for that particular shipment, e.g.

  • GSP (Generalized System of Preferences),MICCI (Malaysia International Chamber of Commerce & Industry),Commercial Invoice,Certificate of Origin,Export License (Textile Product, The Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry),Canada Custom Invoice,Special Custom Invoice

  • Responsible to prepare Export License

  •  To liase with EDI and EDI system vendor for any error on declaration.
